I got in touch with the seller and it's already at the Fedex location to be returned and then they will send another one.
Since the walk to our front door runs along the wall of my office, I know when Fedex delivers packages...I hear the THUD whenever a delivery is here from Chewy.com. I'm sure the pool pump was delivered with same delicate handling.![]()
Then again, I was working in Florida and had a bunch of stuff shipped back. One item was a tool box. When I bought it, I saved the shipping box so that when I went back home I could use it. When it arrived home, the FEDEX delivery dork put it on the porch, upside-down. I pointed it out to the dork, and his only comment was that I should just file a claim. Never mind that it had two arrows on each side pointing up, with words to that effect. I had to do body and fender work to get it open.
