Go there in person, if you can {arson}, and ask them politely but firmly to remove you from their mailing list {burn it down}.
Mention that you don't want to get lawyers involved {they're the enemy}, but you will be keeping that option open if they persist on ignoring your request {kill them}.
If they continue, then definitely get the lawyers to sent them a cease-and-desist order {burn the bodies}.
