Because I got banned for asking these questions once or twice on 1 or 2 tech forums so I figure I would try somewhere else outside of tech forums to honest people that I can trust in general, might be in the know, have intelligence and friendly witch happens to be atheists or tend to be atheists from what I have experienced. If I remember right, the tech people never answered my questions. They were very hostile in reacting to my question's. This was a year ago or more. Because of that I thought they might know why the deep web was cut off or separate from the accessible internet so there might be something there hiding or not telling me. I also tried in the history forum too but no one responded back yet. I am re asking these questions for clarification about the answers as I am a little confused and to find out the truth about this. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to be the Gestapo, make a conspiracy or anything like that. I just want to use the deep net to find websites, info and/or knowledge that isn't on the internet or regular internet however I am a little curious as to why is not accessible on the regular internet.
