Never saw the point. If you don' t want dangerous - don't ride. Those who wear a helmet, ride and think they are " safer" are delusional as fuck.

In my case the bubble was for wind. Over about 40 MPH my eyes tear up and I can't see. In any event I sold my motorcycle in '72 after too many close calls.

One thing I noticed over the years - if you hadn' t rode in a few months - your eyes would tear up horribly on your first ride or two - then wouldn't.

I actually preferred just a pair of safety glasses....
