One of the hardest things I ever did was selling my Electra Glide.

I had three majors too over 35 years of riding. Hit by a Volvo wagon - centerpunching a whitetail deer and hit by a Chevy 3/4 ton.... Last one cost me 18 months in a wheelchair. Rode for 10 years after the last one and decided I heal too slow now to be able to take another hit. Put on a whitload of mile ls over the year - even riding in the winter on snow covered roads. Had a bunch of fun.
I would never recommend anyone to ride.
I have seen many die - and it' s rarely their fault.
One of the people that hit me had a ‘Look Out For Motorcycles’ sticker on his car. I guess he thought ‘look out for’ meant ‘aim at’.
