If you feed a stray cat, you assume an obligation to care for it.
And no, I'm attacking you for being a bad Muslim. There's a long tradition in Islam of reverencing cats - Muhammed even prohibited their persecution and killing.
But even if you weren't a Muslim, you'd still deserve opprobrium. The way you're neglecting and abusing these animals makes you a horrible person, your religious beliefs aside.
