Barack Obama for the following reasons, and likely more that aren't coming to mind just now:

Healthcare reform (ACA)
Wall Street reform (Frank-Dodd reform)
Iraq and Afghanistan conflict missions ended under his watch
Got rid of DADT
Dream act
Net neutrality
Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act
Focus on school nutrition and nutrition education for kids
haha, reading the rest of these replies is making me rethink posting a serious answer.

Oh well!
