Oddly enough, when - I - glanced at the picture for maybe 1/4 to 1/2 a second, my brain registered "Sleipnir?"  

Once I looked that up I thought it was pretty cool.  Must remember that one for trivia.

And what do you mean by "if"?  It was always two dogs despite its confusing appearance.
