Thanks, the grapes were unintentional on my partner's part, we looked it up at the time and kept an eye on him, it doesn't seem to have hurt him but it certainly is something to keep away from him in future. We're going to mention it to the vet tomorrow. I appreciate it, brewer.
I'm sure most pets get accidentally fed something now and then that they shouldn't have...it may even be something that got dropped on the floor and they moved quickly to grab it.
When I was young and had a Golden, he loved M&Ms. He didn't get very many and never got sick from them but when I learned that was a no-no it was no more chocolate for our dogs...and it's often used as an excuse now to try to get begging eyes to look away. Sorry buddy you can't have any of this, it has chocolate in it. I don't think they believe us most of the time.
