Of course it is. It’s a proposition that I can either accept as true (believe), or not accept as true (lack belief). Whether or not the belief is rationally justified (i.e. the proposition is a well-established scientific fact) is a separate discussion. So, why do you believe that the earth revolves around the sun?

Because it very obviously does. It's such an obvious fact, that most people believe it.

Obviously, it doesn’t, which is why, for a very long time, people were convinced of the exact opposite. No one is this much of a dullard; you must be a troll. I’ll call that a rationally justified belief. 🙃
