The ex-wife just married a real mouth breather.  She texted me as I would care.  I'd get a restraining order if I could but they don't issue those for ignoring personal boundaries or past abusive behavior.

I wonder if "never contact me again" will be blunt enough.

Had you been paying spousal support and this signals the end of that?

I used 'don't ever call me again' with my mother.  She has found a half dozen excuses over the years to call.  I have cut those calls very short.  But the comment had to be blunt to set boundaries with her.  

Just be happy the ex is now someone else's problem.

Child support, which ended last year. I pay our child's college expenses when he is enrolled (currently not). I've blocked her number before, I'll do it again if necessary.
