Everyone or practically everyone is going to catch covid, no matter how many people are vaccinated. If someone can't take the vaccine and doesn't feel comfortable coming into work, let them work from home or they can get another job where they can work from home. That sounds more reasonable to me than forcing millions against their will to do something.

You can't have it both ways. Young people - those who you feel don't need to be vaccinated - are the group least likely to a) have a job they can do from home, and b) have skills they use to get another job they can do from home. So, for example, McDonald's (which would have fallen under the vaccine mandate), can simply send all those young people you don't think need to be vaccinated home, where they can fill burger and chips orders via Zoom?

Yes, that's reasonable.
