Oldest makes more than I ever have in a year. Son has been at the same job about 14 years and was recently promoted. He owns his own house. Middle one figures it out and doesn't want help from ANYONE.
I'm here, and they know where to find me.
Apparently I didn't screw up too bad since the oldest is here about once a week and calls frequently between visits. Son calls when he need advice on important stuff. Middle one doesn't want help from ANYONE.
They are 45, 40, and nearly 35...been out of the nest a long time.

Someone with physical or mental impairments would need care either provided by the parents or in an appropriate setting.
