(Correct me if I'm wrong), but what it sounds like you're saying, is that I should have kids of my own and strive to make their lives better? Or something similar to that? Well if that's the case, I really don't have a "moral obligation" to do that, especially not when it comes to having kids of my own, because they (the kids) don't need to exist in the first place.
