OP: Sorry you're experiencing that. To me it sounds like OCD is the primary driver, depression the resultant effect.
Others have suggested psychology/psychiatry and various 'medicinal' treatments/activities which I suggest you investigate.
I'm not sure how often you leave the house and explore the outside world but I think you should give it a try (if you are able). Going out forces your brain to attend to more new/different sensory input and helps reduce the OCD component. Choose a safe place there you don't feel threatened if you can, like a park, walking trail, .......... some where that does not cause stress but requires you mind to pay attention to activity.
