Addendum: A point system for violations, leading to suspension or revocation of gun ownership.
Guess the whole "shall not be infringed" means nothing to you.
It means as much to me as the 'well regulated militia' clause means to you - fuck all. The whole point of that Amendment was to obviate the need for a central standing army - Federalists worried that would give the government too much power and thought a better safeguard would be state militias.
Pro tip: A teenager with a grudge is not a 'well-regulated militia'.
