I know a feminist chick and she's too promiscuous, not date-worthy by my standards.

Promiscuous? Ok, then why do far too many people when a male brags about his conquests and has sex frequently we let far to many Ted Cruz types falsely accuse the left of wanting to  ban manlihood? He isn't promoting anything but hyper masculinity. 

I would agree however, the more partners you have, the more risks you take, especially with disease, but that goes for  all gender orientations. But at the same time, even in a monogamous relationship, something as simple as using a public toilet after someone or even at home, not properly sanitized, can spread bacteria and viruses between family members. They sit on the seat, use it, leave, you go in, they've left something behind, and you pick it up.

Viruses and bacteria cannot be seen with the naked eye of course, and something can seem to look clean but all it takes is one group of microscopic bad guys, and you are infected. The risk is low in most cases with home use IF the toilet and sink and soap and shower are maintained. The risk is higher in high traffic stores, restaurants, theaters because of the way businesses constantly are rushing their employees to allow the next group of patrons to enter. 

So "promiscuity" isn't the only way to contract a disease.
