I think the gist is clear, despite the fragmentary nature of the English.
He thinks that Kant's Categorical Imperative is a sound basis for morality, and wants this to be our standard, rather than a Christian morality, which he dislikes.
He doesn't want political parties associated with Christianity. He sees social democrats as a preferable alternative -- though I seriously doubt that the eradication of Christianity is really a part of their platform. Probably they simply want a secular approach to governing.
I suspect that once we're past the language issues, most people here will agree with him.
