GOD? or Us(PEOPLE)?
I suppose if you believe in a God that gives eternal life (i.e. continuing even after this mortal coil), then you can't blame him for being a murderer.
If you don't believe in that, and you think that your parents making you is ultimately a condemnation to death, then they are responsible for your death.
On the whole, though, I feel fortunate to have had the time I did. I'm glad my parents gave that to me, and don't consider it murder that it can't last forever. (I understand that I've been luckier than most, though.)
