It's an anti-spam rule, not censorship, lol.  We get tons of people who make accounts to drop links to their magic beans, snake oil, overstock leotards.  Then there are the shit and run god-botherers.  Stick around, you'll notice that, and, probably, that your views are unlikely to be unique on the boards.
