I doubt it. With the current population of people spread across the planet it would take a world wide mass extinction event to take us all out. Even then I think there would still be some of us who would survive,

If someone programs these little nanobots to kill alll human life?

Sounds like a plan,as long as they wait until after I've died of natural causes
