So the manager sent out an email a couple months ago to several customers letting them know that their rate is going to be increased.  She left out the fact that there would still be sales tax added to their charge.  So people are paying their 'new' rate, less sales tax which means many are paying less than before.

Guess who is left trying to fix this clusterfuck?
