Idiotic at best... clearly the glass is just too damned big.

btw... answer is "change never changes".
Half Full / Half Empty??
Who said this was MY glass!!![]()
MINE was much bigger and had MORE in it damn it!
OK... now well have even more fun, as we're about to go the direction that many a religion goes... the typical "my god is bigger than your god" crap. How is one non-existent then any "bigger" than any other non-existent thing?

In truth, I find the theological penis envy quite entertaining... well that is until they start killing everoyone out there to prove the logic that their religion is the only true one of peace and love. I suppose that with empirical sciences you can fly rockets to the moon and with intuitive religions you can fly airplanes into large buildings.

This presents another paradox... or maybe a "strange loop"?
Anyway... such religious penis envy is the root cause for argumentation of folks that have their head so far up their own ass that somehow they end up preaching such bullying crap out of thier mouths again. A sort of "Morality Möbius" if you will.
What were we taking about here? I kind of lost track of what it was...

I think that the answer of both, neither or perhaps the answer of "so what" would be the answer of a realist. There are not too many of them populating this planet, but that does provide for much entertainment and frustration in the same moment. Never a dull moment...
Another one I always was annoyed with was the "window perception" used in psychology. What does one see when looking toward a window? The view beyond the window or the reflection of yourself? Hell bells.... I just see a window. Why is that never an option?
I get tired of people trying to make a fortune off a few tired old metaphors and similies... the paradox of "self-help books". If you could really help yourself, then you wouldn't be in the mess in the first place? Self-help books generally help those who write and sell them.

Moral is as moral does and as moral wishes it all too be. - MoS
The absence of all empirical evidence for the necessity of intuitive X existing is evidence against the necessary empirical existence of intuitive X - MoS (variation of 180proof)
Athesim is not a system of belief, but rather a single answer to a single question. It is the designation applied by theists to those who do not share their assumption that a god/deity exists. - MoS
I am not one to attribute godlike qualities to things that I am unable to understand. I may never be in the position to understand certain things, but I am not about to create an anthropomorphic deity out of my short-commings. I wish not to errect a monument to my own personal ignorace and demand that others worship this proxy of ego. - MoS
