The issue is that you imply that there's some valid analogy between bashing skulls in and getting vaccinated. There's no question that the two aren't the same exact scenario, it's that the analogy you've chosen is completely batshit insane. Like there's some comparable moral/ethical burden between the two. Frankly, if someone finds the two ideas morally comparable, maybe they just shouldn't be part of society.
And, like I said, there's a good way around those black kids being denied an education: free vaccinations in the school. Because it turns out that black vaccine hesitancy has been plummeting since 2020, so if they're not vaccinated, it's far more likely an issue of access, which is actually a legitimate problem with mandates, than their parents being hard-line anti-vaxxers.
