There isn't infinitely more concern for criminals than for victims. There's little concern for victims and even less for offenders (when the two groups are even disparate.....us is knocking again).
But can you really maintain that concern is a genuine issue for you, as you advocate for showing anyone even less conern than whatever concern they're already shown?
