Since they don't allow username changes like this forum does, I created a new account and told them I was abandoning my main account. They didn't like that and didn't want to accept it, so they made it where I couldn't post on the new account. Therefore, I logged out and I'm not returning.
That's considered a sock account, everywhere else on the internet. I consider it surprising that you just weren't banned, outright, tbh. There was a guy at the old website, TTA, that said he was going to make a sock account, and did. He didn't get banned, either, but expressed proper contrition for doing it. But you be you.
