Russia is Europe. Kyiv and Moscow should be in the European Union

We already did.  It's called NATO.  Any attack on a NATO country by Russia and China is considered an attack on all NATO countries.

NATO aid to Ukraine should be increased. If NATO wins in Ukraine, then Moscow will join NATO

Again, the view that nato is a strictly defensive alliance for the good of all and open to all is far too simple minded and naive.

If nato wins in Ukraine Russia will sooner form a overt alliance with China, and explicitly offer to extend its own nuclear umbrella over China to completely upend the current balance of power between the US and China in the pacific than join such a nato as it actually is, and no doubt seen clearly by Russia to be,  instead what nato self-servingly touted itself to be by the US, UK, and most Eastern European NATO members.     

Russia will only join a long term Euroasia military alliance that can call on its own military resource for collective interests if that military alliance does not have the United States in it.    The reason is it will always be an overwhelming priority of the US to prevent Russia from fully leveraging it natural resource and central location in Euroasia for it’s own benefit.
