Miracles don't happen, they have never happened, and even if a miracle did happen (for whatever reason), the miracle happening would not be proof that any religion (in particular) is legitimate.
Your point is certainly valid. Even if Jesus of Nazareth arose bodily from the dead, maybe such was due to mischievous aliens who were playing a cosmic prank, at least until their commanders found out about it, consigning all of them to janitorial duty on their long voyage back home.
