You seem shocked that the Iran regime tortures people into confessing and then executes them on false charges. I don’t understand your surprise.

I am not shocked. But I don’t like their sort of aura of untouchability surrounding their interpretation of the religion. So I want to touch them a little. And I like to do this using their own words.
Like Today, they arrested a worldwide famous actress called Taraneh Alidoosti. 38 Years Old. Her Crime: “spreading falsehoods about the Mahsa Amini protests” and “not providing any documents in line with her claims”.
See a similar law has been recently passed by his excellency of the Bosphorus in my country. This is a Made in Russia Law. It mean “I will decide if what you say is appropriate or inappropriate” (Basically the Judge or authority has all the necessary powers in making this decision). So again, If he is promoting Islam and is trying to help the Iranian people who have lost their sense of religious decency (That’s more or less what he is saying) why would he use a soviet Era Law against his own people?
The reason why I am asking this is that he won’t stop there. For instance, what did he ever want from Salman Rushdie (The writer of the Satanic Verses who survived an assassination attempt in August 2022)? Or how does he / they create this aura of untouchability of the headscarf around the claiming that this has nothing to do with politics but has to do with religious freedom and women’s right while he is killing kids in his own country for not willing to wear a headscarf? January 7 2005 (Charlie Hebdo Attack: https://www.britannica.com/event/Charlie-Hebdo-shooting). Same Thing. Why does he need this protective / sacred aura around his belief system? - If you don’t like it, you don’t buy it. That is all. This is a voodoo style belief system. Like believing that whoever touches my Baron du Samedi Statue, the statue will be desecrated and will lose all its power. To be sacred no one has to touch or even see my Baron du Samedi Statue.
What I am saying is that, except for really primitive / animistic religion, this doesn’t work that way. We have a book. There is a teaching. It is an individual / completely personal matter that does not involve anyone but you and the divine and you have the right to live it and understand it in any way you like. So what is even Stéphane Charbonnier (at least when he is alive) doing inside my religion? Or what is this Taraneh Alidoosti even being mentioned together with a term that is supposed to designate my own / personal relationship with what I am perceiving as the divine?
I just have a problem with their terminology. He could just say “Ok. I am the new Emperor and my status is divine” or something… This is just nonsense.
