And cross-referencing the nations with the most CO2 Emissions per capita (every one above the 4.79 ton average) with their income levels (according to Rosling's 4-Level System)
Level 4 (Median Daily Income over $32)
Unknown: (Not on chart; if they can be found on the endleaves in my copy of Factfulness, which seems to use a slightly different calculation* but the results aren't too radically different**, I will put that in parentheses)
* It seems to use mean, while I used median, which might be closer to what the average person makes and is less likely to be tainted by some severe outliers.
** Looking closer, the only nation on that Emissions per capita list that were at Levels 1 or 2 on the endpage version and had higher than average emissions was Ukraine.
