At the bare minimum, by the time it's introduced, any provisions that are not physically possible must be removed. It would also be nice if they had a say on moral issues, but clearly, a nation that can put a wrestling heel with over two dozen rape accusations against him in the White House after almost a year and a half to think it over is clearly not ready for such concepts as morality.
