Of course, whether or not Illyrian is a centum language is not the main topic of that paper. The main topic is the idea that the Croatian river names that start with k-r are etymologically related.

And, what, three people in the world are interested and one of them says this is BS?

Well, my perception is that quite a few people are interested in the names of places. Almost every monography of some place starts with a (often obviously wrong) speculation about what the name of that place means.
What is rare, though, are people attempting to study that topic systematically.
