A couple years ago after an extended period of rain, little tiny frogs (could have been toads) were absolutely everywhere. My husband went out to mow and they were so thick on the ground that he stopped. He called me out to look at the plague. They were literally the size of one my fingernails. Cute as they could be but sure glad they didn't all make it to adulthood...we'd have been walking on their backs every time we left the house. It's only happened once since we moved here in 2006...not sure what the deal was.
