To be clear, I'm insulting policy. If I was insulting the mods I'd call them smellyheads or something (which I can't really know since I've never met any in person. So I guess they're in some quantum state of both smelly and not smelly?)
Though one could argue that insulting policy also indirectly insults the policy makers/enforcers I guess.
