I believe that it is OK for someone to marry at the age of puberty and not before that as this is within the Islamic principles.
Then in the UK (no matter what their religion) that person would be a paedophile ... end of argument.
Anyway it is nice to know that the tolerant religion, the so-called "Religion Of Peace" harbours (and indeed apparently nurtures) paedophilia (at least in the UK).
