In our industry it's called "auto response-bot".
I bet many of this forum's members are bots too.
So it's world domination. Every A.I auto response bot will be the "Trojan horse" of malicious organizations like the CIA that penetrates the U.N.

As for the rest of your post, I’m confused. You seem terrified of the potential for AI to be abused, and terrified of a proposal aimed at making sure that abuse doesn’t happen.
