Methinks we need to FORCE women to go to regular checkups during their pregnancy, to make sure the fetuses do have any chance to be born! Additionally, drinking, unhealthy food, smoking all of this is forbidden during pregnancy, or, in case of spontaneous abortion, should be brought to a court!
