I've already consulted my doctor and he approved the diet, advising me to eat my regular diet, with moderation two days a week. It's working, so far. I've gone from 335 lbs. to 317 lbs. in about four weeks. I love potatoes. This is the easiest diet I've ever tried.
Doctors have the equivalent of about two nutrition courses throughout their entire education career. They are not qualified to dispense nutrition advice. I’m glad it’s working for you, and I’m not saying it’s necessarily bad for you; I’m just wondering, why potatoes? Why not beans, or peaches, or squash? It seems completely arbitrary.
