I'm sure he has. The Sura you quoted makes an exception for 'those of them who act unjustly'. It's pretty clear that the sheikh in question believes that Jews act unjustly.

So my question to him still stands. Is he sure he grasps the full meaning?

When he said, "All spears should be directed at the Jews, at the enemies of Allah, the nation that was cursed in Allah's book. Allah has described them as apes and pigs, the calf-worshipers, idol-worshipers…" I have to wonder if Allah grasps the full meaning of the Sura.
