Spoof their GPS signal! If the Iranians can do it to the US' most secretest and latest high altitude stealth jet drone then surely you can do it to a rig doing 40 miles an hour?
I've actually got an app on my phone called 'My Fake Location' which does exactly that: after setting it up it shows my location, on a map in their browser, to someone tracking me wherever I want them to think I'm at!
