Dear Atheists: what would convince you God/Christ is Real?

I don’t want to give any support to the style of the poster, and I suppose I might be missing something in what they are saying so that my re-wording may not be consistent with their intention. However, It sure seems to me that this is true. “Everything has to come from something. If there is a thing that doesn’t come from something else, then that thing must be eternal.”

There are theories of the universe in which time is finite but unbounded.  It would be a bit misleading to describe the universe as eternal under said theories as the concept of eternity generally implies an infinite and unbounded time.

As a personal matter, I suspect the idea of infinite unbounded time is a conceptual error, inherited from prior times.  It may itself be incoherent or simply impossible.

Now you are out of my league. I do not know those theories nor the strength they currently hold. Are you a physicist of sorts?

Wait. I just read a post on stackexchange about this idea. I am now an expert.
