Well, it's hard to tell. The simple truth is that we cannot eliminate solipsism with absolute certainty. We cannot know with absolute certainty whether other people feel pain. That doesn't make all actions amoral. We should act with precaution. Now, how much precaution, it's hard to tell.

I can finally use one of my favorite jokes;  I used to be a solipsist but other people talked me out of it.
