I've been eating a lot of cut mixed fruit over the past two months as part of my potato diet. These fruits contain a lot of anti-oxidants which lower uric acid in the blood and ease the aches and pains of arthritis, and also lower the chances of gout attacks. I don't know if there's a connection, but the swelling in my legs, which persisted for years, is now just about gone. Does anyone have any comments?
