It's a rare map indeed that shows "European Russia" as being part of "Europe".

I’d have a wee Google if I were you - most maps of Europe DO include Russia. Lists of European countries always include Russia. Russia is always named as the largest country (by area) in Europe.
While you’re at it, look up ‘gerrymandering’, because you got that wrong as well.
