I read another article today about being an ally to the lgbt. I won't quote it but I'll summarize if that's OK :
Wear a badge or change your screensaver to show everyone
Go to pride events
Keep up to date with people's pronouns
Check your privilege (if in doubt, ask and you'll be told)
Don't assume to know what someone is no matter what they look like
