Worth noting that the shop was not public land as well. when someone owns a building or land, or an internet platform for example, then they have the final say on what it is acceptable to say. If you open your premises up to the public as a business, then (in the UK anyway) you cannot then discriminate based on race, skin colour, ethnicity, or sexual orientation, just as the owners of that company will now have to decide if they want to allow people in wearing t shirts with hate speech on them, but if they do, then it will have to apply to everyone, so a t shirt, for example, claiming Christians are bigoted scumbags. could not then be turned away, does anyone see them going that route?
