Back to Vance and the childless cat women...my niece will be 40 this year.  She has never married and never had kids.  She has an amazing job for a huge company in Chicago.  Makes bank.  Part of her job includes being allowed hours for community service so she helps at an animal shelter and fosters cats/kittens.

And she always has a bag packed.  There's a music festival in Colorado...or just about anywhere else, she's there.  Flies to France and other places in Europe to attend concerts.  One of her 'ride or die' friends gets 10K from an aunt every year for travel.  They call themselves Thelma and Louise.  

She's politically active, doesn't answer to anyone.  Goes where she wants to go when she wants to.  Has a man in her life if it suits her.  When that man gets pissy about her living her best life, she moves on.

I still can't find the negative in any of that...in fact, I am a little envious.

Vance's views are not just deeply offensive to women who want to live their best lives by not having children like your niece, but also deeply offensive to women who wanted to have kids but couldn't due to infertility, like my cousin.
