I'm interested, too. PVC is white. Like I said, I'm not used to seeing PVC in supply plumbing, but I'm a hard core copper plumbing kind of guy. Copper is in the "buy once, cry once" category. I hope what you're getting is a decent, lasting repair. Maybe take a pic and post it before the wall is closed up? If you don't want to post it on the open internet, I can give you an email.
