Congrats on your walk. That has always been my primary form of exercise. I once walked 34 miles in a single day although it was over flat terrain. It was actually the same ~ 1.2 miles of terrain repeated 28 times. It was in my Air Force days when I was on a 90-day deployment to Saudi Arabia. Not exactly a lot to do there.
34 miles is insane, you must have felt that the day after.
When i do half that amount I can feel aches and try and chill out the day after.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
