Play along with me here; if you believe that the human rights of others is of no consequence, why should others be expected to believe the rights of women are of consequence?

The fetuses humanity or lack of  does not override the woman's right exercising bodily autonomy. So it's humanity is irrelevant. 

If your argument is they aren't human, my counter position is that women are not humans - and since both of us are stating a matter of opinion with no scientific backing, the only truth is might makes right.
